Hey Penguins!

So...there's a whole bunch of buzz about the smoke that's been spotted and I've been kinda curious. I managed to sit down with someone on the team who helps with the island map. And here's what he had to say about the whole thing:

Q: Is this smoke we're seeing coming from a volcano? Or is it a mountain?

A: At first I thought it might be the Tallest Mountain, but it can't be. After all, there are taller mountains surrounding the one that's smoking. And when you think about it, it must be a volcano! Most of the mountains on Club Penguin have snow on the top of them, but that mountain has never had any snow on it.

Q: Does this have anything to do with the ninja stuff that's happening?

A: Well I can't give away all our secrets, but I've noticed that the ninjas in Club Penguin have been very active lately!

Q: Um...Haven't you noticed that there's no TREAT shop on the map?

A: I suppose there are no treat shops, but if you ever need to satisfy your sweet tooth go to the kitchen at the Pizza Parlor and turn the big red lever on the Pizzatron 3000!

Not sure that my curiosity's been satisfied...but at least we know it's a volcano. And even though nobody's willing to confirm it, I still wonder if all these mysterious things are related. Let me know if you hear anything else.

Ok so here is how the groups work i will make a video and post it on you tube and on this blog

and it will be saying what the group is and what time it is and by the way its alway penguin standard time. what you do in the group is you just chat or what ever you want if you leave my igloo you will not be able to comeback in so don't leave. And only 15 penguins can come in my igloo not including friends! The groups will last about 30 minutes and if no one comes then the group will be canceled and the groups are only on friday and they will be right after each other and all off the groups have a different them i will post the group names on thursday the 24th.

What inspired you about doing the costumes?
For one of them, a delicious meal I once had was the inspiration... Mmm...so tasty...

There's an entire sea castle to climb in! And a secret shadowy sea creature in the distance.

For this play, are there treats underwater?
Well, chocolate bars tend to get a little soggy, and cotton candy is a mess...we could have tried sea salt taffy - but I'm pretty sure we didn't.

Underwater Adventures: Play NOT Party!

I have heard a few penguins asking and debating if the Underwater Adventure that will be here from the 21st to September 10 is really a party as most of us originally thought. Color: Color Me AQUA! The new Club Penguin color winner is aqua! I really kind of wanted maroon, but aqua isnt too bad. You can purchase it tomorow in the NEW catalogue!
Festival Of Flight: The Club Penguin fun is sure going up, Literally! G's Party theme has revealed, and I was right! It's a party in the air! G is making Club Penguin float on the clouds so that it won't flood when they fix the windows! Do you think you will be able to play the surf or ice fishing game? G will be monitoring the party from atop the COMING SOON NEW ROOM Tallest Mountain! I bet you will be able to meet him up there! It will be from the 14th to the 28th, and you can use jetpacks, hot air balloons, propeller hats, and the like!
Underwater party: Just days after the FoF ends, the Underwater party begins! It will probabally be fun, just like the previous years! If we are able to go to the Tallest Mountain, I wonder if they will decorate for it!

Possible Party Theme Arising!

Hey Penguins!
While messing around on Club Penguin, I tried doing a little detective work for the party coming up! In the newspaper, on the upcoming events page I noticed a few clues that may hint at the type of party!The Evidence:
1) Notice the drawing in the background. A hot air balloon. In the air.
2) Notice G is holding a balloon. And a carrot thing. But the balloon. They float. In the air.
3) Notice in the photo in the previous post from earlier. The boat thing. It has wings. So it could fly. In the air.

The Conclusion:
The party theme will most likely be something.... In The AIR! (and dont forget carrots!) We have had underwater parties, music parties, jungle parties, holiday parties - you name it. Everything, except parties. In the air. And with carrots.

I may be right, or I may be wrong! What do you think? Guess we'll find out on the 14th!

The NEWspaper has arrived! This one has some interesting details in it! It mentions:

-there is a clear winner, and that they are changing the day it will come out to the 7th in the Penguin Style, instead of being announced in this paper!

-PARTY ALERT: There might be a new party on the Horizon! Gary says that the glass windows in the underground need the yearly maintence so they dont crack again. He will need your help from the 14th to the 18th and hinted at a PARTY!!

-This is the last week to write. They made it be the first page featured story, so it must be that they didn't get many writers! Remember you can win 10101 coins, and that it can be on one of the 4 pre-chosen topics. I wrote one for the Wacky Wildlife in the Wilderness. I entered it in English and then using a translator entered it in the other 3 languages (extra chance of winning!).

Also, on the 5th we will be able to choose a new furniture item! (check the 101 days of fun)

Happy77 interviewed Screen Hog about the Music Jam and Music! They showed us an especially "foolish" piece of music, can you guess what it is or even play it?? Here's is Happy77 Q's and Screen Hogs A's:

A: You can hear it on the homepage when you click the Tour Guide and start the movie.

Q: The team is doing some work at the Lighthouse stage so that (just like during the Music Jam) we'll be able to hear certain instruments when we play there. What do you think?
A: I'm glad. However, I personally like seeing the songs that penguins play and sing all over Club Penguin even more.

Q: Do you play any instruments? Got any quick tips to share with other musically inclined penguins?

A: Yep, I can play a few - the alto saxophone, a few percussion instruments, but my all-time favorite is the piano. To any of you who play real instruments, keep it up! Find a song and see if you can learn how to play it, or even try and compose your own music. All of Club Penguin's music is made by someone, and maybe someday that someone could be you!

New Servers!

Hey Penguins!

Do you ever feel that EVERY server on Club Penguin is filled? That one you want to enter? Well, they are introducing 5 new servers! Sasquatch is the only all chat one, while Dry Ice, Glacial, Patagonia, and Snow Covere(d?) are safe chat! When I am usually on, Club Penguin seems like there are always atleast a server with 2 or 3 bubbles, but maybe we needed more safe chat. The Snow Covere(d) server looks like it doesnt fit! You can see a sliver of the d (or what ever letter it is).

Music, Special Edition DS

Music: Even though the Music Jam is technically done, the party is not over! The decorations are still up, and some of the party music will be available in your igloos on Friday!The team is working so that in about a week, anytime you play at the Lighthouse stage with certain instruments, you'll be able to hear them! It looks like it will be the music items like the jukebox, gramaphone, or DJ turntable that will play the music! Do you think that will be cool?Special Edition DS: Remember the Nintendo Ds game that came out earlier this year? Now you can preorder a "Collectors Edition" of it or you can buy it in stores September 22!

It will have:

-Elite Penguin Force for Nintendo DS

-Elite Penguin Force Stylus, an Elite Penguin Force DS skin
-a 2,500 Coin Card

If you don't know about the Penguin Force, check it out in our cheats section! Basically, Kids can go on missions as secret agents of the Elite Penguin Force, using some new and old gadgets, accessories, disguises, vehicles and locations to investigate mysterious events in Club Penguin. The coolest part I think is that you can earn coins while playing on the Nintendo DS and upload them to your web account!

-There is a new igloo: The Theatre Igloo is 4600 coins, and it is simply a stage with a seating area! I think that this igloo is a good investment - you can always have a different performance, and so it would fit any party or season!

The cheat igloos are:
-On page 2, click the floor removal crowbar (top right) to get the Secret Stone Igloo (2000 coins)!
-On page 7, click every word Candy on the page to get the Gingerbread House (2100 coins)!

Free Stuff: There is a NEW free item you can get! At the cove, make sure you pick up a pair of rocking green earphones! Also, if you are a member and you have a backstage pass visit the roof of the night club to get the (old) boombox!

Backstage Pass and Backstages: If you are a member, make sure you buy a Backstage All Access pass at the Snowforts! You are not able to use last years VIP one (wear it if you have it and act famous though!) and if you can DEFINITLY get one! You can enter the backstage lounges for Candace (3rd floor Night Club) and the Penguin Band (Dock) and have a chance to meet them and get a background!

Shopping: At the Snow Forts, there is a Shirts Rock stand, where you can buy any of 6 different tee shirts for 250 coins each, and a backstage pass here too! At the Penguin Band backstage area at the Dock, you can buy an assortment of things! Color Choice: If your penguin could be a new color what would it be? Lavender? Maroon? Aqua? Well, if you chose one of those, you wish may come true! I really like the maroon, the aqua is sort of a ... well... unusual color, and lavender would be too girly for most of the guys. The winner is announced on the 7th!

Backstages: There will be two backstages this year, with the special Music Catalogue! Get an instrument and hang out with stars, like Candace and the penguin band! One will be at the dock (penguin band) and another will be on the Night Club Roof (Candace). The Penguin Band will be playing at the iceberg! Penguin Tales: On your mark, get set, WRITE! From July 23 - August 5 you can enter the creative writing contest! Why don't you use the 101 days of fun as ideas foe your penguins! Music Jam: After the last impressive party, this next one seems like it will be the butter (er.. jam) on the bread! This year's Music Jam will go from July 17 - 26. There will also be guest appearences, probably Candace and her band! Members will be able to meet them with a special backstage pass, like last year! Members can also get instruments (TUBA TIME!) and even nonmembers can sing, and don't forget every band needs fans! Club Penguin released a photo of the inside of the lighthouse! It looks like they are building a stage... but they already have a stage, so maybe just making it better than ever?

Membership: Nowadays, anything fun on Club Penguin seems to be members only. But you don't want to have to waste money paying during the jam packed school months when you have little time to play. What do you do? Get the special Summer Special! The 3 month deal is only $14.95, so you save $2.90 from just paying the monthly membership! (Then you can spend that money on a popsicle at the beach!) Furniture Update, Soccer, Box Dimention!

Better Igloos:On Friday the new Better Igloos Catalogue comes out! It seems like there will be alot of summer fun! Billybob said that you won't miss the Adventure party, and included a photo of a palm. What do you think that means? I bet there will be alot of greenery, and maybe Rockhoppers plants will grow!

That would be cool!

Soccer: Score! As the summer heats up, so do sports! The Ice Rink has changed to the soccer pitch for it's round of summer sports! Get a red, green, blue, or yellow(goalie) jersey and some friends and start playing! If you have a soccer ball, dance and you will "juggle" the soccer ball!

Box Dimension: If you got a transporting box during the april fools day party, you cna visit the magical Box Dimension Room! If it in your igloo, or one you visit, you can enter it! It seems like it is used as a dumping area of club penguin, kind of where they store stuff from parties past until they are used again. Right now, plants are covering the Box Dimension! Check it out:

Hey Penguins! Sorry I couldn't post yesterday, my computer has a bug!

101 days: Have you been following the 101 days of activities? Well now there is an incentive! Now, when Club Penguin sees penguins doing the activities, they will be randomly giving out 1001 coins! Is that enough to make you try to complete the challenges? Click HERE to see the post with this weeks 101 days video!

New Toys: Toys R Us has come out with the next series of toys! They now have 'Pull and Go' toys, which have wheels. The first two to come out are
-Snow Trekker and 'G': The Snow Trekker has some cool history in Club Penguin.
In the very, very first Penguin Style catalog, it was on the back page listed
as "out of stock". It has also "guest starred" at a few parties and was in the
Elite Force DS game!
-Flying Saucer and Alien: Remember it from a play in October? Possibly one from a
Planet called Y? Planet Y was a cool play - anyone remember it?

Also, the second series of puffles are coming out! They will each have an expression displaying their unique personalities!

Party: Wow! The party is fun! I hope you have already watched the brief film, but here is the overview:
-Free Items: Grab a hat in the Plaza and start your safari, and if you're a member, find a feathered friend in the treetops above the forest!
-Adventure Hunt: Go on an adventure hunt! We hope you have found:

Go to the underground pool/cave and click the gray fish that swims by.

Go to the Cove and look for the flower vine next to the Surf Shack

Anyway, Billybob posted on his site about our reviews of favorite parties! What is your favorite party? I really liked the water party since it was so fun, and the medieval party since it was new and there was a QUEST! A penguin named Vendiagram1 liked the water party too! See her review:
"Ever have a favorite party you just don't want to end? That's how I felt about the Water Party! Club Penguin can make parties into anything! I remember how that crab broke the glass, allowing water onto the island. Penguins didn't know what to do! So, we got a hose, a couple of inflatable animals, and we started a water party! Wow!"

Here is the movie for the 101 days of fun week one! I will be capturing each week for a movie, and in the fall i will make one giant one! Make sure you do each activity!

Card Jitzu: The main reason for this post, there are new updates! Now you can see your cards, and how far along on your journey you are! Pretty cool! I am a ninja, as seen below, so it isn't of much use in that way, but it will really help some penguins! You can also see the 10+ cards you have, which is neat because you can actually see what you have!

Money Tips: Just as a sidenote, you might want to take advantage of Rockhopper while he is still here! By playing his special Treasure Hunt game, you can earn alot fast! It is a fast paced, fun game, and when you have a partner who you can keep playing against, you get alot of coins in an instant! Which will be helpful for the penguins participating in the ninja home decorating contest! Also, you can get a special blue gem sometimes that will get you 100 coins each!! Check it out:

Adventure Party: I knew it!! I told you we would have some sort of an adventure party! It will be on June 12 to the 16th! Club Penguin hasn't even announced it yet, but the following ad was on club penguin! I bet that is when the new plants will finally begin to grow - into a Jungle!!

Ninja Contest: There is a ninja home decorating contest! Members only, it will take place June 1 to 13, with winners being announced on the 18th! The winner gets 25,000 coins, and the second place (first place for losers lol) still gets a whopping 15,000! Start decking your place out now with ninja (shh) stuff today!

Greenery as the Scenery, Mission, and more!

Hey Penguins! We hope you are enjoying Rockhopper, as his ship will probabally not be in port for too much longer!

Greenery: The green stuff seems to be growing on Club Penguin - LITERALLY! Take a look around , and it seems like the plants are spreading out! Soon it will be a jungle out there - anyone sense a PARTY on the horizon? or is your view blocked by plants?

Mission: Anyone spot the jackhammer at the beach?? The blank screen in the HQ? Many penguins suspect another mission to be coming! Mission 11 has still not been officially stated as in the making, it has been hinted at! What do you think it could be about? The plants do seem to be spreading out of his ship onto the island, and so far nobody has reported their plants actually growing! I don't know, but that sound fishy! What do you think?

Snow and Sports: They have released a snow and sports sneak peak! The new catalogue will be released on Friday!! From the picture and the recent greenery on the island, I suspect that it will be pretty tropical, with swim gear (hopefully all new stuff) and maybe even some summer safari outfittings!

Rockhopper; Card Jitzu Updates!

Hey Penguins! I hope you are ready to go green!

Rockhopper: Rockhopper is almost here! He will be arriving TOMOROW and it looks like quite a bounty on board! As you can see from the picture, it seems to be a jungle! What do you think the boat will look like on board? Will you need a machetti to cut your way through to get downstairs? Whatever the answer, it sure looks like some miracle grow has put the ship into full bloom! Look tomorow for a video probabally!!

Jitzu: Ever hate how you NEVER know just HOW close you are to your next belt? Just HOW many times do you have to play to get your next belt!? Club Penguin has the answer! They are updating the cool card game so that you can see your current progress! Also, you will be able to see your cards! That sounds pretty cool! After weeks of being a brown belt (and thinking i HAVE to upgrade THIS time...) I finally became a black belt, so I no longer need the bar, but the cards will be cool!! Also, make sure that you are stock piling any 'ninja' like stuff, as they have been hinting at a June 1 will start a ninja home decorating party! But shh, it's a secret!

Hey Penguins!

Mini Must-D0s: Hey Penguins! As you know, the medieval party lasts only until tomorow! Make sure you have...

*The lighthouse beacon has become a big bonfire!
*The mirror at the ski hill tries to answer your questions! Just ask your question and move your mouse over it!
*The second floor of the princess castle has a fountain with Koi in it... just remember to feed the fish!
*If you go to the Gift Shop market, you'll see a special Medieval Party catalog (including the player card background chosen by you).
*Medieval snowball fights in the Snow Forts! You don't see contraptions like that every day.
*The treetop fort in the Forest. Looks like some puffles have made their home in it.
*The huge, red dragon in the Mine. It's controlled by the Switchbox 3000.
*The Smithy where the Boiler Room was (if you can't find it, just ask a passing blacksmith).
*The Book Room has been turned into an old library, with scrolls everywhere!
*There's a bouncing wizard's hat in the lighthouse. If you haven't gotten your wizard's hat yet, I'm pretty sure it will give you one if you ask nicely.
**Also don't forget to feed the fish in the Castle!

Ninja Penguin: Make sure you are up to date with your card jitzu skills! It seems like ninja madness is on the rise! They looked for a medieval ninja, and Puffypower23 did great! She got 5000 coins for it, too! How do you like hers?

MORE Ninja Madness: A ninja home decorating contest seems to be on the horizon! Starting June 1st, some sort of (ninja) home decorating contest will start! Get ready now with the new Catalogue!

Here Ye Penguins! By royal decree we have brought you the inside scoop on this Royal Party!

The Play: Check out this cool and NEW play! Have you noticed the puffle happy and sad are not wearing the viking helmet? Think it was a last minute change? Anyway it looks fun! In the Catalogue, if you get the ghost outfit and the flashlight-wave, you will glow! Also, there is one cheat! It is...

Go to page 2 on the catalogue.
Click the Helmet hanging off the “g” in “VIKING”
The RED Viking helmet will appear!
Then the RED Viking helmet will appear X this off 3 times and then the Blue Viking Helmet will appear!
You will have to click on the Penguins head to receive the Golden Viking Helmet!

Nights Quest: Member Quest!!! There is a cool quest available that is fun and you can win a fabulous outfit by proving yourself! Here is what to do:
-Click on any of the signs around town for 'nights needed', or click the postcard.
-Enter the Dungeon!!
- Your First Task to open the next gate is to light up all of the light "orbs". Basically, step on all of the rectangles next to each light. Watch out for obstacles!
-In the next room, you can get the first free item- the gold shield! Complete the next task by hitting 50 targets! If you just wait for others, you can do it without doing it- their hits count for you too!
-Go through the gate into the first maze room! You can pick up the next free item- the gold helmet! You can break the code to figure out how to finish it.... or you can read on (easier). It is Down Left Down Right Right Up!!!
-Now you are at the End! Congrats! You are in a cool looking room, where you can pick up the last free item- The Gold Armour!

Free Item- There is also a ALL MEMBER free item! It is a repeat - the wizards hat - but it is a favorite!! It is in the lighthouse!

New Pin- In the boiler room, the same as last year, but it is the new Kings Crown Pin!! Click the molten container and watch them make your pin!

Special Catalogue- There is a cool special catalogue-scroll thing with some medieval things in the Gift Shop! No cheats, but it looks cool! Check it out!

A wierd mixed-up play is opening on Friday!! It is a mix of some actors and a ghost, a detective and a hysterical singer. It kind of seems like the Ruby and the Ruby play - the detective and singer part. The ghost and "some actors" is new though. The picture looks cool. In the backghround you can see the background it looks ike day and nightthing (i don't remember wehat play though) and the puffles are wearing viking helmets. odd.

Penguins Getting Paid, Elite Force DS news, and more!

Tomorow is the start of a new month, May, and it is brining alot of new stuff to Club Penguin!

There will be a new penguin style with some old (but in) fashioned wigs! Check out the pervious post for the picture!

Also, penguins will start to get paid! If you are a secret agent or a tour guide, expect to get your first paycheck tomorow! How much do you think you will be paid?? I hope its alot, I could use some money! See the Bottom for how to be a tour guide or secret agent! To fit in with the tour guide theme, Club Penguin will now release the Elite Force DS game in New Zealand and Australia! Now all of you Zealies and those Down Under can play too!

Wig Out!

Club Penguin will have a new Penguin Style this Friday, and besides a medieval theme, it will seems like it will feature wigs! They have a challenge for you - wear a wig! Be in crowded places of penguins in wigs, and see if you get into their screenshot!

They included this as a black and white sketch, and I added color - let's see how close I am!

Rockhoppers Wherabouts

X marks the spot... er well in this case a big red circle! From April 30 to May 13, expect to see Rockhopper-He will be hanging out at Hollywood Studios at WDW in Florida! I am not anywhere close ot Florida, but if anyone spots him, please post! Think he will be giving out a code or something?? That would be cool.
